Chen Xianhui's research focuses on superconductivity physics, with major breakthroughs in iron-based and topological superconductivity. He pioneered the discovery of nickel oxide superconductors in the liquid nitrogen temperature region, opening a new direction for high-temperature superconductivity research. He has received prestigious honors including the First Prize of the State Natural Science Award and the Ho Leung Ho Lee Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress.
Professor, Graduate School of China Academy of Engineering Physics; Beijing Computational Science Research Center 教授,中国工程物理研究院研究生院;北京计算科学研究中心
Sun Changpu has long been engaged in fundamental research on quantum physics, mathematical physics, quantum information, as well as energy physics and complex system reliability. He has received numerous honors, including the Second Prize of the State Natural Science Award and the ISI "Citation Classic Award," as well as the title of National Model Worker.
Professor, School of Physics, Nanjing University 教授,南京大学物理学院
Sun Jian's research spans computational condensed matter physics, extreme condition physics, materials design and simulations, and matters in the interior of planets. He developed the machine learning and graph theory assisted universal structure searcher method (MAGUS); predicted many new materials, some of which have been experimentally verified; and predicted exotic states of matter at high pressure and high temperature, such as superionic, plastic, and collective diffusion states. He has published more than 130 peer-reviewed papers in prestigious scientific journals, including 28 papers in high-profile journals (Nature Physics, PRL/PRX, PNAS, and JACS).
