摘要: 多色随机激光器作为低成本、小体积、易集成、高性能的光源在传感、成像和光子芯片等 领域具有广泛的应用前景,是随机激光领域的重要研究方向之一。该研究方向涉及实现单一泵浦 源高效泵浦和拓宽激光发射波长范围两个研究难点。合理利用增益介质间的能量转移是解决这两 个难点的有效方法。本文介绍了基于辐射能量转移、共振能量转移的多色随机激光器的设计思 路、制备方法和发射特性,总结了施主/受主配比和泵浦光对多色随机激光的调控规律,并对多 色随机激光器的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: Multi-color random lasers have shown potential applications for sensing, imaging and photonic chips due to the low cost, small size, easy integration, and high performance. It is one of the most important fields of random lasers. Two challenges still remain in developing the laser devices. One is the realization of the efficient single-excitation pumping. The other is the broadening of the range of laser wavelength. The energy transfer between different gain media is a promising candidate for solving the problems. This paper reviews the design, fabrication, and spectroscopy characteristics of multi-color random lasers based on the radiation/resonance energy transfer. The relationship between the donor/acceptor ratio and the pump is revealed. At last, the development tendency of multi-color random lasers is provided.
